to Carrefour
After obtaining the necessary permits required by law, Altarea Cogedim completed
the 100% disposal of Rue du Commerce shares to Carrefour on January 1st 2016,
as announced on August 24th, 2015.
Rue du Commerce was a growth driver in Altarea Cogedim's digital deployment
strategy and allowed it to develop unique expertise in connected real estate.
Joining Carrefour will allow Rue du Commerce to continue its development.
