Half-year review of the liquidity contract

Pursuant to the liquidity contract established by AMOEBA with PORTZAMPARC
Trading Company, as of June 30, 2019, the liquidity account held the following
assets:

* 19 476 AMOEBA shares,
* EUR 16,200.11

It is recalled that at the time of implementation, the following amount was
held in the liquidity account:

* 200,000.00 euros.

About AMOEBA:

Amoéba's ambition is to become a major player in the treatment of bacterial
risk in the fields of water, healthcare and plant protection. Our biological
solution is an alternative to chemical products widely used today. Amoéba is
currently focusing on the market of industrial cooling towers estimated at
