Arricano Real Estate Plc (together with its subsidiaries "Arricano") Amendment to the loan agreement
Arricano is pleased to announce that yesterday it agreed the following reduction in interest rate from 10.75% to 9.75% per annum on the USD12.0 million loan agreement with Tascombank JSC repayable in June 2024.
