        Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on September 28, 2010

Marseille, 10 September 2010 - The shareholders of AVENIR TELECOM are hereby
informed that the Ordinary and Extraordinary Annual General Meeting will be
held on:

                     Tuesday 28 September 2010 at 05:00 pm
                         at the company's headquarter :
          208 Boulevard de Plombières, 13581 Marseille Cedex 20, France

The formal convening notice has been published in the public register (BALO -
Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on Friday 10 september 2010 as well
as in a legal notices journal (Les Nouvelles Publications) in respect of the
legal requirements. This notice can be accessed on the Company's website
www.avenir-telecom.com ; it cancels and replaces the meeting notice, serving as
the formal convening notice, published in the BALO on 20 August 2010.

The documents and information relating to this meeting will be communicated
according to French regulations and notably available at the Company's
headquarters in due course.
