Beni Stabili:
New Chief Financial Officer

Milan - 15 June 2016: In the context of the acceleration of the strategy and a
new phase for Beni Stabili, Luca Lucaroni will hand over the CFO position to
Barbara Pivetta starting from October 1st, according to an agreement executed
today with the company.

Barbara Pivetta joined Beni Stabili in 2007 and has successively un investor
Relations, Planning & Control and Corporate Finance. She has started her
career in real estate investment banking in London. Barbara Pivetta is 40 and
graduated from Bocconi University in 2000.

Luca Lucaroni has decided to leave the company in September, after 13 years in
the role, to pursue new opportunities. The transition period will be prepared
in the next few months with the full support of the entire team.

In compliance with the current regulation,  Beni Stabili states that Luca
Lucaroni currently owns 87 750 Beni Stabili shares. Beni Stabili also confirms
that the economic conditions of the departure are in line with the Company's
remuneration policy and the existing agreements between parties, therefore the
departure agreement is exempt from the Company's related-parties procedure (and
in any case qualified of lesser importance according to the above mentioned
procedure).

a new phase in a recovering Italian property market."
