Beni Stabili signs a lease agreement with Meininger Hotels for the entire
building located in Piazza Monte Titano in Milan
Milan - 13 October 2016: Beni Stabili S.p.A. Siiq and MEININGER Hotels, have
signed a 20+5 year lease agreement for the entire building, around 6,000sqm,
located in Piazza Monte Titano, in Milan in front of the Lambrate railway
station.
The asset will be requalified into a hotel (Green certificated), in accordance
with MEININGER standard, with 131-room.
This agreement represents another important result for Beni Stabili and it is
the confirmation of the strategy, already announced by the Company, to be
focused on the Real Estate market in Milan and also of its important plan to
reduce the vacancy rate of the assets thanks to a significant capex plan of
around EUR72 million.
