Beni Stabili becomes now the only shareholder of Symbiosis and Schievano
areas in Milan

Milan - 17 October 2016: Beni Stabili S.p.A. Siiq has bought 20% of Beni
Stabili Development Milano - Greenway (BSDMG) at a price of EUR6.5 milions, so
now Beni Stabili owns it at 100%.

This acquisition represents another step in the strategy already announced by
the Company to be focused on quality office market in Milan. Thanks to today's
agreement Beni Stabili is the only owner of Symbiosis and Schievano areas, both
in Milan.

The Symbiosis project concerns the requalification of the area located South of
the citycenter of Milan, near Piazzale Lodi, where Beni Stabili could build
more than 120,000 square meters of new generation offices, all characterized by
smartworking, totally sustainable and Leed & Shell certified at Gold Level.
Symbiosis is a key project in the Group's development strategy according to
which last 30th of September, confirming the pre-let agreement already
disclosed on April 27th 2016, the Company signed the preliminary lease
agreement with Fastweb for their new headquarter in Milan which is in an
advanced stage of construction for an area of about 16,000sqm (plus an option
of extension of additional 3,000 sqm).

The area located in Via Schievano, that is now under a significant urban
renewal context will be transformed into a new business center of over 20,000
sqm divided into three buildings, surrounded by greenery.

The project integrates, in a harmonious way, engineering with architecture,
flexibility with efficiency, wellbeing with smartworking. Offices, green areas
and multifunctional spaces coexist to optimize the quality of work and improve
the quality of life.

This transaction allows Beni Stabili to manage in total autonomy two important
development projects over which the Company has decided to invest, confirming
the strategy to focus on the Milan Office market.
