Beni Stabili buys-out Revalo to control the full real estate value chain for
                                its portfolio

Milano - 07 December 2016: Beni Stabili S.p.A., as a key step in the
implementation of its strategy, announces the acquisition of the full control
of Revalo S.p.A., a leading property company player focused on the management
of real estate portfolios through property, facility and advisory services.
Revalo is currently managing the property service of Beni Stabili and is
already owned at 37% by Beni Stabili.

Beni Stabili decided to integrate Revalo in the Group in order to:

* control the full real estate value chain of its portfolio following the
  current evolution of Beni Stabili's portfolio, in particular with the
  increasing development pipeline and the increasing tenant diversification,
  and
* to pursue a new strategy focused on further improving the quality of the
  services towards tenants promoting efficiency and synergies.

This transaction enables Beni Stabili to internalize a first class dedicated
property and facility services which represent a key success factor in today's
high competitive real estate market and it is fully consistent in the new stage
of Beni Stabili's reshaped real estate profile.
