CALENDAR OF CORPORATE'S EVENTS OF 2017Rome, 30 January 2017- The Company announces the following calendar of
corporate's events of 2017:
9 February 2017 Board of Directors: approval of the draft of financial
statements as at 31 December 2016.
6 April 2017 Annual General meeting: approval of financial statements
of year 2016.
18 July 2017 Board of Directors: approval of the half-year financial
Report as at 30 June 2017.
The Company will publish the turnover information for the first and third
quarter of 2017 respectively by 15 May 2017 and by 15 November 2017.
The presentation of the draft of financial statements as at 31 December 2016
and the half-year financial Report as at 30 June 2017, to the financial
community, will take place within ten days of their approval.
