Beni Stabili: new Chief Corporate Officer
Milan: November 8th, 2017

Stefano Vittori, the Chief Corporate Officer of Beni Stabili Siiq, Italian
subsidiary of Foncière des Régions, has decided to leave the company after 16
years, to pursue new professional opportunities abroad. Marion Pignol will
become the new Chief Corporate Officer of Beni Stabili, starting from December
6th.

Stefano Vittori said: " Beni Stabili, leading company in the italian Real
Estate office market, has represented an important milestone for my career and
I would like to thank the Board of Directors, the Statutory Board, the
management and all the colleagues for the professional support, the efficient
team work and for the results achieved together during the years".

his future endeavours. He has played a major role in making Beni Stabili the
leading office properties company in Italy and in recent years in the

for her new appointment as Chief Corporate Officer, illustration of the
successful European career paths we can offer our managers at Foncière des
Régions"

Marion Pignol joined Beni Stabili as Head of HR&Organization and Property
management after more than 10 years of experience in the Real Estate sector.
She started her career in Structured Finance in Natixis and then has worked at
Foncière des Régions and run successively various positions such as

Investment analyst, Hotel portfolio manager and lastly Deputy General Secretary
in charge of Legal and Sustainability.

Beni Stabili confirms that the economic conditions of the departure of Stefano
Vittori are in compliance with the Company's remuneration policy and the
existing agreements between parties, therefore the departure agreement is
exempt from the Company's related parties procedure. In compliance with the
current regulation, Beni Stabili also states that Stefano Vittori currently
does not own any Beni Stabili shares.
