Beni Stabili: Redemption of EUR 350,000,000 4.125 % senior unsecured bondsdue 2018
Milan: January 22nd, 2018
Beni Stabili Siiq has today redeemed the EUR 350,000,000 4.125 % senior
unsecured bonds due 2018, issued in 2014 and listed on the official list of the
Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Existing bonds have been redeemed at their par value for a total amount of EUR
350 million, using funds available to the Company and raised long-term (>
8.5yrs) during 2017. Besides Beni Stabili Siiq has also paid the last coupon
for an amount of about EUR 14.4 million.
This is part of Beni Stabili's funding diversification strategy executed in
2017 which allowed the Company to further extend its average debt maturity
while reducing its cost of debt.
