CALENDAR OF CORPORATE'S EVENTS OF 2018
Rome, 30 January 2018 - The Company announces the following calendar of
corporate's events of 2018:
6 February 2018 Board of Directors: approval of the draft of financial
statements as at 31 December 2017.
12 April 2018 Annual General meeting: approval of financial statements
of year 2017.
Publication of the additional period financial
information for the first quarter of 2018.
18 July 2018 Board of Directors: approval of the half-year financial
Report as at 30 June 2018.
24 October 2018: Publication of the additional period financial
information for the third quarter of 2018.
The presentation of the draft of financial statements as at 31 December 2017
and the half-year financial Report as at 30 June 2018, to the financial
community, will take place within ten days of their approval.
