          SUCCESSFUL PARTICIPATION BY BIO-UV GROUP IN THE "AQUA 2018"
                            AQUACULTURE CONFERENCE

BIO-UV Group (ISIN code: FR0013345493/Ticker: ALTUV), a specialist in
ultraviolet water disinfection systems, is very enthusiastic about its
participation in the Aqua 2018 international aquaculture conference held in
Montpellier between 25 and 29 August 2018.

The conference is co-organised every six years by the EAS (European Aquaculture
Society) and WAS (World Aquaculture Society), and this year brought together
more than 170 aquaculture sector professionals from more than 100 countries.

The event gave BIO-UV Group an opportunity to meet with its clients as well as
over fifty important new prospective international clients of the aquaculture
market, and to present its product ranges and prestigious references on this
market, including Ifremer and Les Poissons du Soleil (Aqualande Group). Based
in Lunel, alongside Montpellier, BIO-UV Group took advantage of the opportunity
to invite some key sector players to its premises to meet its teams and visit
its production facilities and engineering offices.

A strategic market worth EUR11 billion by 2030, with growth of 8% per annum

The global market for water treatment for aquaculture, a highly strategic
market for BIO-UV Group, is growing sharply and is expected to double to nearly
EUR11 billion by 2030, driven by growing demand for fish consumption and more
intensive breeding practices(1).

To date, the Group has installed UV water disinfection systems in more than
8,000 fish ponds. But BIO-UV Group plans to go much further, with aquaculture
one of its most strategic historical markets and for which it projects average
growth of 8% per annum between now and 2020(2).

An enhanced sales team for its historical applications

To take advantage of all opportunities on the aquaculture market and also on
its two other strategic historical markets, high flow drinking water equipment
and the re-use of waste water, BIO-UV Group has recruited a new sales person
with nearly 30 years of experience in the liquids domain to bolster its
historical applications team. With this, the Group now has a total sales
headcount of six people for its historical activities in France.

Participation in the leading international maritime trade fair, SMM

BIO-UV Group also remains very active in the growing ballast water market, and
took part in the leading international maritime trade fair, SMM, between 4 and
7 September 2018, which is held in Hamburg every two years. In addition to the
visibility it affords, this major trade fair should also enable the group to
confirm strong growth potential in its order intake on a ballast water market
that is set to be worth EUR7.5 billion between 2018-2024, excluding sales of
spare parts and maintenance(3).

About BIO-UV GROUP

Created in 2000, BIO-UV Group designs, manufactures and markets innovative
ultraviolet water treatment systems. The range of equipment developed by the
Group is aimed at several markets:

  - The recreation market, on which BIO-UV Group is no. 1 in France and in
    Europe for UV water treatment in residential swimming pools, and for the
    public and semi-public community pool de-chlorination market;

  - The municipal and industrial markets, on which specific ranges have been
    developed for applications such as: purification, effluent treatment,
    wastewater reuse, process waters, aquaculture, etc.;

  - The ballast water treatment market, which has benefited since 2017 from a
    new international regulation requiring all ships to have equipment to treat
    their ballast water.

In 2017, BIO-UV Group generated revenue of EUR10.2 million and EBITDA of EUR1.1
million, representing an EBITDA margin of 11.1%. As of 31 March 2018, the Group
had 61 employees.

BIO-UV Group has been granted the "Entreprise Innovante" label by Bpifrance and
is eligible for the French "PEA-PME" investment scheme.
