General shareholder's meeting of 18 April 2019
The CNP Assurances general shareholders' meeting, held in Paris on 18 April
2019, approved the financial statements of the company and the group for the
year ending 31 December 2018, and voted on all the resolutions proposed by the
Board of Directors.
It approved the distribution of a dividend of EUR 0.89 per share. The
ex-dividend date is 26 April 2019. The dividend will be paid as from 30 April
2019.
The shareholders also approved the resolutions pertaining to the remuneration
policy applicable to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief
Executive Officer.
They also approved the appointment of four directors: Alexandra Basso, Olivier
Fabas, Laurence Giraudon and Laurent Mignon.
