Byzant Web3 Social Network Ecosystem

Byzant is the product of an active collaboration between a syndicate of major digital advertising and blockchain industry partners, including Coinsilium and Indorse, working together to deploy a decentralised Social Network for creative professionals and a suite of Web3 applications and tools, developed by Indorse. These applications and tools will provide solutions that address many of the functionality and User Experience (UX) challenges currently hindering mass Web3 adoption and are needed to achieve parity with Web2 functionalities.

Indorse is the principal technology partner for Byzant with Coinsilium providing strategic advisory services. Coinsilium’s participation and economic interests in Byzant will be represented through a material stake in new project tokens at the founding member level. A comprehensive update with further details on the respective roles and interests of Indorse and Coinsilium, together with the Byzant project roadmap, will be released ahead of Byzant’s Testnet launch, currently slated for Q1 2024.

Indorse is a Coinsilium equity portfolio company and advisory client. Coinsilium currently holds a 10.156% interest in the issued share capital of Indorse. On Tuesday 28 November the Company announced that it had entered Heads of Terms to acquire an additional stake of 14.76% which will take the Coinsilium’s total shareholding in the blockchain development company to 24.91%.

Coinsilium also holds approximately 5.3m IND tokens representing approximately 14.12% of the current IND circulating supply. Eddy Travia is a Director of Indorse Pte. Ltd on behalf of Coinsilium, performing executive functions and Coinsilium Chairman Malcolm Palle is a non-executive director of Indorse UK Ltd, a wholly owned UK subsidiary of Indorse Pte. Ltd.
