  Colas presents its products and innovations at the French Mayors and Local
               Authorities Exhibit from November 16 to 18, 2021

From November 16 to 18, Colas will be presenting its innovative sustainable
mobility solutions at the French Mayors and Local Authorities Exhibit. A
majority of Colas' exhibit space will be dedicated to products designed to
combat climate change, a topic that will also be the focus of a round table
discussion on November 16 at 11:00 am (Paris time).

This year, in line with its CSR policy, Colas is focusing on presenting
solutions that have been developed to help cities adapt to climate change. The
Group is highlighting two low-carbon, permeable surfacing solutions, Urbalith
(a cold mix manufactured with an innovative organo-mineral binder) and Vegecol
(a plant-based binder mix), along with Mobypod, a green bicycle shelter. All
three of these Colas innovations help to combat urban heat islands.

The Group also uses City Information Modeling (CIM) to model cooling solutions
for cities. Digital models can be used to visualize and represent indicators of
the city's quality of life, vegetation, air quality and noise pollution for
decision-makers, contractors and users alike.

Colas will also be presenting a comprehensive approach to green urban
development, developed and tested in partnership with Vertuo, an award-winning
start-up from the Paris region, for its "Bocage Urbain(r)", designed to promote
biodiversity. In addition to the exhibit, Colas and Vertuo will be hosting a
round table entitled "Climate change: what solutions can we use to cool down
our cities?" on Tuesday, November 16 at 11:00 a.m. in the "Resilient
Communities" lab in Pavilion 4.

Digital solutions to promote the acceptability of sites and worksites will also
be in the spotlight. For example, the "Hello Travaux" application updates local
residents about worksites (work phases, parking, traffic, etc.) and allows them
to speak with the team in charge, a very efficient and quick way to handle
nuisances.

Flowell and Aximum signaling solutions, which make it possible to ensure safe
traffic flow for cyclists and pedestrians, will be put into action in the "City
Living" area dedicated to new mobility in Pavilion 3.

The Group will also unveil its new product catalogue and present other
solutions such as Colquick, Compomac, EasyRenov and Néomuls for daily road
maintenance.

Lastly, it will present Colas Environnement's expertise in redeveloping urban
brownfields.
