COLAS HAS REINFORCED ITS AGGREGATE BUSINESS IN WESTERN FRANCE
On July 1, 2018, Colas Centre-Ouest has acquired Lafarge Holcim Granulats
Ouest's Igneous Aggregates and Trading businesses located in western France.
The units consist of four production sites and two material trading platforms,
employing a total of 46 people. They produce 1.5 million tons of aggregates
each year for revenue of 17 million euros.
This acquisition is part of Colas' growth strategy in the production of
building materials and strengthens its geographical coverage in western
France.
