THE COMMUNES OF 2ALPES AND SAINT CHRISTOPHE EN OISANS HAVE ANNOUNCED THAT THEY
WILL SUBMIT THE CHOICE OF A NEW OPERATOR FOR THE FUTURE MANAGEMENT OF THE SKI
AREA TO THE APPROVAL OF THEIR MUNICIPAL COUNCILS.

Paris, 28 January 2020 - Compagnie des Alpes was today informed that the
communes of 2Alpes and Saint Christophe en Oisans were going to submit, for the
approval of their municipal councils in February 2020, the choice of SAEM
Société Touristique de l'Alpe d'Huez (SATA) as the entity entrusted with the
Public Service Concession to build and operate the 2Alpes ski area.

At the end of 2019, the delegating communes of the Deux Alpes ski area notified
Deux Alpes Loisirs, the concession-holding company which is a subsidiary of
Compagnie des Alpes, of their decision to pre-emptively terminate, about three
years before their expiry and on the grounds of public interest, the three
Public Service Concessions currently in force. This will invite further
competition for a single Public Service Concession across the whole area. Deux
Alpes Loisirs has submitted a proposal.

The specifications required ambitious investments relating to the site's future
prospects. Drawing on its in-depth knowledge of the challenges facing this
resort, where it has been operating a ski area for more than 10 years, Deux
Alpes Loisirs made a proactive and responsible proposal that will continue the
ski area's modernisation while ensuring the viability of the Public Service
Concession.

Deux Alpes Loisirs contributed EUR40 million to the Group's revenue in
2018-2019 and achieved 1.260 million skier-days.

Activities in the current season will continue to be operated by Deux Alpes
Loisirs, at least until the end of the fiscal year. In the event of approval,
this decision will not affect the guidance announced by the Group during the
presentation of its annual results. Moreover, in accordance with the terms of
the Public Service Concession, it will lead to Deux Alpes Loisirs receiving
compensation in respect of returnable assets and the loss of earnings
incurred..

Chamonix. During the fiscal year ended 30 September 2019, CDA accommodated more
than 23.5 million visitors and generated consolidated revenue of EUR854.0
million.
