Foncière des Murs, partner of the B&B Hôtels Group, acquires a 2* hotel with
265 rooms in Paris from VINCI Immobilier

On 30 May 2012, Foncière des Murs purchased off-plan from VINCI Immobilier, a
2* hotel with 265 rooms located at Porte des Lilas in Paris's 19th
arrondissement, in a newly created area at the intersection of the Avenue René
Fonck and the Avenue Belvédère (island F6 in the Porte des Lilas urban
development zone).

The building will be operated under the B&B brand. This transaction is part of
the partnership initiated by Foncière des Murs and B&B Hôtels in 2010, and
shows the will of Foncière des Murs to support its hotel partners in their
development.

This building, designed by VINCI Immobilier, will receive HEQ certification and
the Green Key label, thus becoming a reference in the field of sustainable
construction in the hotel domain. This new establishment will strengthen the
share of green buildings in the Foncière des Murs portfolio, a leader in green
annexes in its sector.

The VINCI Immobilier / Dominique Perrault Architecture project was selected in
2010 by Paris City Council and Semavip after consultation.

Construction will start immediately, and delivery is scheduled for Q2 2014.
