Foncière des Murs sells a healthcare asset portfolio
Foncière des Murs, a subsidiary of Foncière des Régions, and Primonial Reim
signed on 15 May 2013, a sale agreement relating to a portfolio of Healthcare
assets, for a total amount of EUR26.5 million, including rights.
The portfolio sold by Foncière des Murs to Primonial Reim comprises 3
EPHAD-style retirement homes and a follow-up care clinic, leased to Korian for
a total rent of EUR1 .6 million.
These assets are located in:
- Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, in Fréjus and Barjols
- Poitou-Charentes, in Clavette
- Languedoc-Roussillon, in Perpignan.
Final sale is scheduled to take place in 2013.
This sale of assets acquired in 2004 was made directly and aligns with the
continuing strategy of asset rotation.
