   Foncière des Murs annonces its intention to launch a EUR 200 million share
                                 capital increase

Share capital increase project

Foncière des Murs intends to launch, in the near future, a share capital
increase with shareholders' preferential subscription rights, for an amount of
EUR 200 million, subject to market conditions and to the approval from the
French Autorité des marchés financiers on the prospectus that will be prepared
for this purpose.

This share capital increase aims at supporting the growth projects of Foncière
des Murs.

Foncière des Murs has already received intentions to subscribe to the share
capital increase representing more than 75% of the transaction.
