Notice of publication of the summary document in relation to the admission to
listing on the Mercato Telematico Azionario organised and managed by Borsa
Italiana S.p.A of the ordinary shares of Covivio S.A.

Notice is hereby given of the publication of the summary document related to
the admission to listing of the ordinary shares of Covivio S.A., a French
company ("Covivio"), pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 2, letter h), of the
Directive 2003/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4
November 2003 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to
the public or admitted to trading, implemented in Italy pursuant to Article
113, paragraph 3, of the Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, No. 58, and to
Article 57, paragraph 1, letter h) of the Regulation adopted by CONSOB by
virtue of Resolution No. 11971 of 14 May 1999 (the "Summary Document").

The Summary Document is available for consultation at the Covivio's registered
offices (18, avenue François Mitterrand, 57000 Metz, France) and on the
www.covivio.eu website. A copy of the Summary Document will be delivered in
paper form, free of charge to investors on request.
