Paris, 11 January 2019

Half-year Covivio liquidity contract reporting

As of 31 December 2018, the following resources were allocated to the Covivio
liquidity contract managed by Exane BNP Paribas:

- 63,343 COVIVIO shares
- EUR4,610,245

For information, the last half-year reporting (30 June 2018) indicated the
following resources in the liquidity contract:

- 43,392 COVIVIO shares
- EUR6,299,706

COVIVIO has entered into a new liquidity contract on 10 January 2019 with EXANE
BNP PARIBAS in accordance with regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 26 April 2014 on market abuse, Commission
Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/908 of 26 February 2016 supplementing Regulation
(EU) No 596/2014, and AMF decision n° 2018-01 of 2 July 2018 establishing
liquidity contracts on shares as an accepted market practice.
