Press release relating to access to the prospectus for admission to trading on
Euronext Paris relating to the Green Bond issue of EUR500 million due in 2031

Covivio today announces that the Autorité des marchés financiers has assigned
on 13 September 2019, the visa no. 19-438 to the prospectus for admission to
trading on Euronext Paris of relating to the EUR500 million 1.125% fixed rate
Green Bond issue maturing on 2031.

The prospectus is available on the company's website (www.covivio.fr) and on
the Autorité des marchés financiers' website (www.amf-france.org). Following
regulatory changings, the risk factors section of the prospectus has been
updated since the risks factors presented in the Reference Document of the
company. A copy of the prospectus will be sent, free of charge, to any person
who makes the request.
