            the French securities regulator (AMF) on March 30, 2009.

Charenton-le-Pont (March 8, 2010 - 6:00 p.m.) - In accordance with Article 241-4
of the AMF's Règlement Général and in line with the share buyback program
approved by shareholders at their Annual Meeting of May 15, 2009, Essilor
International hereby announces that the following share buybacks were conducted
