   EURAZEO GROWTH ENTERS THE SHARE CAPITAL OF MANOMANO, THE LEADING EUROPEAN
            MARKETPLACE IN THE HOME IMPROVEMENT AND GARDENING SECTOR

Paris, April 2, 2019 - Eurazeo Growth is pleased to announce the acquisition of
a minority stake in ManoMano, an online marketplace specializing in the sale of
DIY, home improvement and gardening products.

Eurazeo Growth contributed EUR50 million to a EUR110 million financing round
alongside Aglae Ventures, BPI Large Venture and ManoMano's historical
investors: General Atlantic, BPI, Partech and Piton.

Created in France, in 2013, by two home improvement enthusiasts and former
investors, Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano, is a
marketplace specializing in home improvement and gardening products. It
operates in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium and the United Kingdom. With
over 1.9 million active customers and more than 1,500 online sellers, the
company's approach is customer- centric and based on high data use. It provides
customers with access to affordable gardening and home improvement products
from a steadily growing network of merchants. ManoMano also offers its DIY
community a range of content built around the "do-it-yourself" concept".

This fundraising will enable ManoMano to further accelerate its international
expansion, develop innovative BtoC and BtoB offerings and services and
strengthen its R&D teams.
