                        EuropaCorp answers market rumors

Saint-Denis, February 2nd, 2018 - The Company takes note again of the
contradictory and imprecise rumors circulated by the press concerning the great
number of potential partners that the press attributes to the Company, the same
magazines being sometimes in contradiction with their own previous articles.

As far as strategy is concerned, EuropaCorp confirms its press releases dated
November 24, 2017 and January 23, 2018. The Company is refocusing on its core
business: production of long feature films up to 2 o 3 in English and 2 in
French per year, production of TV series in English, movie distribution and
international sales.

EuropaCorp confirms again that it has initiated discussions with various
potential financial and/or industrial partners in order to reinforce its
financial capacity. The Company indicates that all of these discussions are
still at a preliminary stage, that they will go on as long as necessary, that
the structure of a potential deal is not defined and that none of the potential
partners benefit from an exclusivity. At this stage any "announcement"
concerning the name of any future partner whatsoever is not an information but
a speculation. The Company will inform the market once a project will be
concrete.
