PRESS RELEASESaint-Denis, 14 May 2020 - EuropaCorp announces that the period for the
realisation of the EUR193 million share capital increase voted on 28 April 2020
by its General Meeting is impacted by the state of sanitary emergency. The
Company will issue as soon as possible a new indicative schedule replacing the
one issued on 15 April 2020.
This time lag does not call into question the terms and conditions of the share
capital increase released on 15 April 2020 and approved by the General
Meeting.
