EUROPACORP RESTRUCTURES FOR SUCCESS

* EDOUARD BOCCON-GIBOD APPOINTED AS CHIEF OF STAFF FOR EUROPACORP SA
* VIRGINIE BESSON SILLA APPOINTED AS CEO OF THE COMPANY'S UNITED STATES
OPERATIONS

Saint-Denis, 5 November 2020, Los Angeles, 4 November 2020 - To achieve success
and growth again, EuropaCorp is implementing a new organization under the
leadership of Axel DUROUX, Chief Executive Officer of EuropaCorp.

Edouard BOCCON-GIBOD, former Chief of Staff for TF1 broadcasting, Executive
Chairman of TF1 Production, Member of the General Managing Board of TF1 Group -
one of the high profile of the media industry in France and in Europe - has
been appointed as Chief of Staff of Europacorp SA. In charge of all the legal
aspects, he will support Axel DUROUX in the operational implementation of the
Company's strategy.

Virginie BESSON SILLA, a highly respected, award-nominated film and television
producer, has been appointed as CEO of EuropaCorp USA. In this new role, she
will be responsible for developing and producing television, film and streaming
content while overseeing the Company's United States operations. In addition to
report to Axel, Virginie BESSON SILLA will continue her long-time collaboration
with Artistic Director Luc BESSON as well as with producing partner, Steve
RABINEAU, who joined EuropaCorp from WME in June of 2019.

Regarding the announcement, Axel DUROUX said "Edouard and Virginie are two
talents of the media industry. With Edouard, for 20 years we've been sharing
the same vision of the evolution of the market as well as the necessary
adaptations to the new competitive conditions. Virginie has made many great
contributions to our company and I believe it is the right time to formalize

About Edouard BOCCON-GIBOD: After 23 years in the media industry, he moved into
the arts business as Managing Director, Christie's France, for the last 4
years. With his new appointment as Chief of Staff of EuropaCorp, he is his back
to his core business. Prior to that, he was Chairman and CEO of Publications
Metro France (September 2011 - December 2014), Member of General Managing Board
TF1 group (April 2008 - December 2014), executive Chairman of TF1 Production
(March 2007 - September 2011)... He holds a master's degree in Public Affairs
from the Institute d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.

About Virginie BESSON SILLA: Virginie BESSON SILLA is best known for her work
on the global hit LUCY, directed by Luc BESSON, and the cult classic REVOLVER,
directed by Guy RITCHIE. She began her career in the International department
at Gaumont Film Company and then went on to a marketing position at GBVI, a
joint venture between Gaumont and Buena Vista International. There, she worked
with Luc BESSON and producer Patrice LEDOUX on THE FIFTH ELEMENT and THE
MESSENGER: THE STORY OF JOAN OF ARC. Following these successful productions,
she joined Luc BESSON at his company, which later became EuropaCorp in 1999.
