ETIVAL-CLAIREFONTAINE, 13 September 2021EFFECTIVE TRANSFER OF SHARE TO EURONEXT GROWTH PARIS
Exacompta Clairefontaine today announces that its application for admission of
its shares to trading on Euronext Growth Paris was approved by the Euronext
Admissions Team on Monday 6 September 2021.
On 27 May 2021 Exacompta Clairefontaine announced its intention of transferring
its share to a market more suited to its size, thereby incurring fewer
regulatory constraints and lower listing costs while continuing to benefit from
the advantages offered by financial markets.
The Company will continue to provide true and accurate information by
publishing all inside information in accordance with the European market abuse
regulation (MAR).
CIC Market Solutions has been chosen to act as Listing Sponsor to assist the
Company in respect of its listing on Euronext Growth Paris.
The French version of the Information Document drawn up for the purposes of the
transfer may be found on the Company website at
https://www.exacomptaclairefontaine.fr/actionnaires/ under "Informations
réglementées".
The share ISIN remains unchanged (FR0000064164) and the ticker symbol will
change to ALEXA.

- Issue of press release by the Company and online publication of the
Information Document
- Issue of Euronext notice announcing the delisting of the Company share from
Euronext Paris
- Issue of Euronext notice announcing the admission of the Company share to
trading on Euronext Growth Paris
15 September 2021
- Delisting of Company share from Euronext Paris (before start of trading)
- Admission of Company share to trading on Euronext Growth Paris (at start of
trading)
