FFP will be able to increase its shareholding in PSA Group by 2%
Following the hedging transactions completed today in connection with the
equity swap contract concluded by FFP with an investment services provider and
announced on 9 March 2020, the total number of Peugeot S.A. shares that FFP
could acquire under this contract has been set at 18.1 million, for a total
amount of 228 million euros.
The shares then acquired would represent 2.0% of Peugeot S.A.'s capital, in
accordance with the exception to the stand still commitment provided for in the
Combination Agreement signed between Peugeot S.A. and Fiat Chrysler Automobile
N.V. on 18 December 2019.
