FFP announces Sébastien Coquard's promotion to Managing Director
FFP announced today that Sébastien Coquard, Head of Investments and Investor
Relations at FFP, has been promoted to Managing Director of the company.
Sébastien joined FFP in 2006 to build and lead the investment team. This
promotion comes after the change in governance at the head of FFP, which saw
Robert Peugeot become Chairman of the Board of Directors and Bertrand Finet
Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Sébastien will contribute to and
participate in the company's strategic decisions alongside the Chief Executive
Officer. He will remain at the head of the investment team, currently composed
of 10 people, and will continue to manage FFP's relations with investors and
analysts.
Prior to joining FFP, he worked in the long-term investment department of the
AGF Group (Allianz France) after having worked in the Equity Capital Markets
and M&A teams at Oddo, and in Structured Finance at Paribas.
Sébastien holds a master's degree in management from the University of
Paris-Dauphine and a DESS from the IAE in Grenoble.
Bertrand Finet, CEO of FFP, declared : "Over the past 14 years, Sébastien has

skills and his knowledge of the investment business. "
