Peugeot Invest publishes its 2020 Universal Registration Document
Peugeot Invest filed its 2020 Universal Registration Document with the French
Financial Markets Authority ("Autorité des Marchés Financiers") on 8 April
2021.
The Universal Registration Document includes, in particular, the following
information:
- Peugeot Invest's 2020 annual financial report, including the management
report and the corporate governance report
- a description of the share buyback program;
- the resolutions to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of 12 May 2021;
and
- the reports of the Statutory Auditors.
Sections "4.3 Risk factors", "4.4 Subsequent events" and "4.5 Trends and
perspectives" take into account the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on the
stock markets as of the filing date of the Universal Registration Document.
This document is available on the company's website at www.peugeot-invest.com,
in the "media" tab, "publications" section. Copies of the Universal
Registration Document are also available at the company's registered office
located at 66, avenue Charles de Gaulle - 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine.
