HÖRMANN Industries limits interest rate range of its new bond 2023/2028 to 7.0-7.5% p. a.

Kirchseeon, 29 June 2023 – Technology specialist Hörmann Industries GmbH today narrowed the interest rate range of its new corporate bond (ISIN: NO0012938325, WKN: A351U9) to 7.0-7.5% p.a. Within this range, the final coupon will be determined based on the subscription orders received and will be announced with a pricing decision before the end of the offering period. The subscription period for the public offering ends tomorrow, 30 June 2023, 12:00 CET. So far, high demand has been recorded from both institutional and retail investors.

The new HÖRMANN bond 2023/2028 has a term of five years and an issue volume of EUR 50 million, which will be used to refinance the existing bond 2019/2024 (ISIN: NO0010851728, WKN: A2TSCH). The issue comprises a public offering to investors in Germany and Luxembourg and a private placement to institutional investors in certain other countries. A listing on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is planned for the new bond on 11 July 2023. In addition, it is intended that the new bond will be included in the Nordic ABM segment of the Oslo Stock Exchange within six months of the issue date.
