Icade postpones Icade Santé's IPO until market conditions improve

Icade and its minority shareholders have decided to postpone Icade Santé's
planned IPO due to particularly volatile conditions in equity markets.

These conditions have made it impossible to proceed with the planned IPO
initiated on September 22, 2021 on terms that are satisfactory to the company
and its shareholders.

With the support of all its shareholders, Icade Santé's management will remain
fully committed to further advancing its growth plan.
