ICADE SIGNS A PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT TO SELL THE PARIS NORD 2 AND COLOMBES
                 BUSINESS PARKS AND THE AXE SEINE BUILDING

Icade has signed a bilateral sale agreement with a leading institutional
investor for the Paris Nord 2 (155,200 sq.m) and Colombes business parks
(62,750 sq.m) and the Axe Seine building (24,200 sq.m) located in Nanterre.

This sale represents a total of EUR425 million excluding duties. It is expected
to be completed by the end of the year, upon satisfaction of customary
conditions precedent.

This sale illustrates the proactive management of Icade's commercial property
portfolio, in line with the objectives announced during the presentation of the
company's plan for 2019/2022 last July. In particular, the proceeds from this
disposal will be used to fund the development pipeline.
