Infotel displays a strong growth in the fourth quarter of 2017 at + 12.4%,
thanks to the very good performance of the Services division. For FY 2017 as a
whole, Infotel sales show a fully organic growth of 9.8% to EUR209.3 m,
compared to an estimated market growth of 3.4% according to Syntec Numérique.

Strong performance of the Services division over the whole year

The Services division (96.1% of total sales) posted an increase of turnover of
more than 14% in the fourth quarter. Over the full year, growth is over 10%.

This performance reflects a very strong activity, particularly with digital
projects that represent a significant growth vector. The Banking sector remains
the largest contributor (34% of the Services activity), followed by Industry
(26% of the Services activity).

New listings continue with the recent one obtained from Caisse des Dépôts.

The hiring policy achieved with the integration of 476 new employees during the
year. The inter-contract rate remained very low in 2017 at 1.7%.

The Software division (3.9% of total sales) recorded a sales decrease with
EUR4.6 million of IBM royalties for the year as a whole, compared to EUR5.4
million the previous year, due to the wait-and-see attitude of customers and
the weakness of the dollar. The start of sales of distributed products such as
Correlog or zCost did not fully offset the decline of the activity. IBM's
announcement of the new z14 computers, marking a return to growth, is expected
to have a positive impact on future quarterly royalties. Finally, the Group has
signed a contract with ATR to operate its Orlando software.
