Belfort, May 2, 2016The LISI Group confirms finalization of the acquisition of 100% of RTI REMMELE
Medical, Inc.
The LISI Group (Euronext Paris - ISIN code: FR 0000050353) today announced the
finalization of acquisition of 100% of RTI REMMELE Medical, Inc.
This announcement concludes the process initially disclosed in the press release
issued on April 11, 2016; it reaffirms the strategy of LISI MEDICAL which aims
to strengthen its globally recognized position as a specialist in the production
of prosthetics and medical instruments.
This transaction was carried out through Hi Shear Corporation, 100% subsidiary
of LISI AEROSPACE.
Effective April 30, 2016 the transaction leads to the LISI Group consolidating
LISI MEDICAL Remmele as of May 1, 2016 and represents a major step in the
development of the Group.
