Belfort, May 30, 2016LISI GROUP HAS GRANTED TO DAHER GROUP AN EXCLUSIVITY IN NEGOTIATION FOR THE
DISPOSAL OF THE "FLOOR COVERING" BUSINESS OF ITS INDRAERO-SIREN SUBSIDIARY
Daher Group has made the LISI Group a binding offer to acquire the entire
operation and assets of the "Floor covering - Interior layouts" business
belonging to its subsidiary, Indraero Siren.
In return LISI Group has granted a negotiation exclusivity to Daher Group.
This activity, which is specialized in installing woven and non-woven coverings
for commercial aircraft, had revenues of about EUR 8 million in 2015. Located
in Colomiers, in the business park of Toulouse Airport, this company has 55
employees.
Integrating this business into Daher Group will facilitate maximizing
operational synergies, thereby strengthening its international position in the
markets for commercial airliner interiors, for both aircraft manufacturers and
airlines.
This transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing
conditions.
