Spirit AeroSystems Recognizes LISI AEROSPACE for Superior Performance

Paris, France, Sept. 1st, 2017 - LISI AEROSPACE announced today it received the
2017 Most Innovative Supplier award from Spirit AeroSystems for superior
performance. Spirit recognized LISI AEROSPACE at the Spirit AeroSystems
Suppliers Awards Dinner in Wichita, Kansas.

"Spirit cannot be successful without world-class partners," said Tom Gentile,
Spirit president and chief executive officer. "We are proud to recognize these
suppliers for sharing our passion in delivering high-quality products on time.
We look forward to collaborating with them in the future as we continue to meet
our customers' delivery needs and rate requirements."

Spirit AeroSystems Supply Chain Management awards these honorees to recognize
suppliers that have achieved superior performance, with nominations typically
coming from the company's procurement groups. Suppliers like LISI AEROSPACE can
be nominated for offering outstanding support, expediting deliveries or
providing weekend assistance.

LISI AEROSPACE is an historical supplier of Spirit AeroSystems supplying for
decades mainly from its US based factories in Torrance (CA) and City Of
Industry (CA) standard and specialty fasteners for  aero structures and systems
assemblies.

"This recognition of such a demanding customer as Spirit is a great incentive
to pursue our policy  of operational excellence and innovation," said
Jean-Louis Colders, CEO of LISI AEROSPACE.

More recently, teams have been working together to develop further the
collaboration in terms of service level improvement as well as providing
innovative solutions which can bring competitive advantages to Spirit
AeroSystems. This concern for example new solutions on automated structural
assembly, system and wiring installation as well as mechanical components such
as latches.
