Argenton, France - March 28, 2019.LISI GROUP GRANTED EXCLUSIVITY TO A FUND MANAGED BY QUANTUM CAPITAL PARTNERS TO
NEGOTIATE THE SALE OF ITS ASSEMBLY AND SHEET METAL FORMING ACTIVITIES
(INDRAERO SIREN and LISI AEROSPACE CREUZET MAROC)
A fund managed by QUANTUM CAPITAL PARTNERS submitted a firm put option to LISI
Group for the acquisition of all the shares of its two subsidiaries INDRAERO
SIREN and LISI AEROSPACE CREUZET MAROC, whose main activities are aerostructure
assembly and sheet metal formed primary parts.
LISI Group granted in return exclusivity to QUANTUM CAPITAL PARTNERS in order
to negotiate such acquisition.
The Employees' representatives of the French subsidiary INDRAERO SIREN have
already given their favorable opinion on the proposed acquisition.
INDRAERO SIREN, which is located in Argenton sur Creuse and Déols (France) and
employs 442 people, and LISI AEROSPACE CREUZET MAROC, which is located in
Casablanca (Morocco) and employs 283 people, generated a total of 61EURm sales
in 2018 benefiting from strong positions at Airbus and Safran.
QUANTUM CAPITAL PARTNERS aims at accelerating its development by merging all
its aerospace activities under the same umbrella in order to benefit from the
best operational synergies and to exceed a critical size of 100 EURm.
The contemplated acquisition remains subject to the required authorizations,
including the approval of LISI's Board of Directors.
