Availability of the 2019 Universal Registration Document and assessment of
the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic

On April 1, 2020, the LISI Group filed its 2019 Universal Registration
Document, including its annual financial report and the Board of Directors'
report on corporate governance, with the AMF (The French financial market
authority).
The 2019 Universal Registration Document is available to the public at no cost,
under the conditions stipulated by current regulations, and may be consulted on
the Group's website at www.lisi-group.com. It is also available on the AMF
website (www.amf-france.org).

The English-language version of the 2019 Universal Registration Document will
soon be available on the Group's website.

The Covid-19 crisis is a very serious situation which is impacting all our
activities worldwide. As of the date of the Universal Registration Document, it
is impossible to quantify the impact of this crisis on the economic and
financial position, although it may be significant.

Scenarios using current conditions show that the Group's business continuity is
not at risk given the strength of its balance sheet.

However, future impacts being at this point uncertain for its customers, the
LISI Group is suspending the outlook provided in its press release of February
19, 2020.

Once the impacts on business activity and adjustment measures can be evaluated
with sufficient precision, the Group will share these with the market.

Postponement of the Combined Shareholders' General Meeting of April 24, 2020
(before June 30, 2020)

LISI informs its shareholders that given the exceptional and evolving situation
caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Gilles
Kohler, in agreement with the Directors, convened a new Board of Directors
meeting that will be held next week. This Board of Directors is being convened
to formally decide on the postponement, before June 30, 2020, of the LISI
Combined Shareholders? General Meeting initially scheduled for April 24, 2020
to submit to its approval a new recommendation for the appropriation of 2019
earnings.

As soon as the Board of Directors sets a new date for the Shareholders'
General Meeting, LISI will publish a new press release to inform its
shareholders, notwithstanding the completion of the legal formalities.
