The LISI Group confirms that its Shareholders' General Meeting has beenpostponed until June 22, 2020
In accordance with what was announced in the press release of April 3rd, the
Board of Directors met yesterday via audioconference to decide whether or not
to postpone the Shareholders' General Meeting initially scheduled for April 24,
2020 until:
Monday, June 22, 2020 at 10:00 am.
The Board of Directors will meet again during the month of May to prepare the
resolutions that will be submitted to the vote of the shareholders and, in
particular, those related to the dividend for the 2019 financial year. It will
also decide on the procedures for the General Shareholders' Meeting Depending
on the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic confinement rules, it may be held in
the presence of the shareholders, or behind closed doors, in accordance with
the orders of the Government of March 25, 2020.
Given this unprecedented crisis, the Group is prioritizing the protection of
all of it stakeholders, which will also protect the strength of its long-term
economic model.
The Group will provide an update on first quarter business activity (closed
March 31, 2020) and on the outlook, if it has sufficient visibility, at the
time of its next report planned for the evening of April 23rd.
