LISI Group confirms that its Shareholders' General Meeting will be held onJune 22, 2020 behind closed doors and withdraws dividend proposal for 2019
Pursuant to its announcement in the press release of April 9, 2020, the Board
of Directors met today by audio conference to approve the format for the
Shareholders' General Meeting of Monday June 22, 2020 at 10:00 am (French
time). It will be held behind closed doors, in accordance with the Government's
rulings of March 25, 2020.
A notice will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces légales obligatoires
(BALO - Bulletin of Legal Notices) shortly.
The Board of Directors also decided to withdraw its proposal to distribute a
dividend for 2019 initially set at EUR0.46 per share. Given that the Covid-19
pandemic will affect all of LISI's activities for at least several months, this
necessary decision is meant to preserve the Group's cash flow, in line with the
adaptation measures that have already been initiated.
