PRESS RELEASEMERSEN ANNOUNCES A CHANGE IN ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
PARIS, APRIL 12, 2018 - Mersen (Euronext FR0000039620 - MRN), a global expert
in electrical power and advanced materials, announces the resignation of Mr
Edward Koopman, representing Sofina, from its board of directors. This
resignation takes effect immediately.
Sofina was first appointed as a member of the Board in January 2009, and was
represented by Edward Koopman from July 2016.
The board of directors would like to warmly thank Mr Koopman for his
contribution to Mersen's development.
Following this change, the board of Directors now consists of 11 members; 40%
of the Board members are women and 60% are independent directors, in compliance
with the recommendations of the AFEP- MEDEF code.
