Sustained growth in gross pro?t

Paris, April 21, 2021

NETGEM presents its revenues and gross pro?t for the ?rst quarter of 2021.

The transformation of the Group's activity is now complete. Over the past
quarter, revenues amounted to EUR 7.1 million and consist almost exclusively of
recurring NetgemTV service contracts. It is down 12% compared to the same
quarter in 2020, which still included a signi?cant portion of equipment sales.

Gross pro?t for the ?rst quarter of 2021 is up 11%. It re?ects the
contribution of the active subscribers base, which has grown signi?cantly
over the past 12 months. The Group estimates that the growth of gross pro?t
for the whole of 2021 could be maintained at a rate comparable to that observed
during the ?rst quarter, i.e. around 10%.
