NRJ GROUP announces the ex-dividend and payment dates for 2017 dividend

On the occasion of the announcement of the 2017 annual results, it has been
specified that the Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General
Meeting on the 16th of May 2018, the payment in cash of a gross dividend of
EUR0.15 per share.

It has been specified that subject to decisions by the Board of Directors and
shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the ex-dividend and payment dates
will be as follows:

- Ex-dividend date: June 5, 2018
- Payment date: June 7, 2018
