Transfer to ODDO BHF of the liquidity contract contracted with NATIXIS
The liquidity contract dated January 4, 2016 entrusted by NRJ GROUP to NATIXIS
was terminated on June 30, 2018.
As of the contract termination date (June 30, 2018), the following assets were
in the liquidity account:
* 160,163 shares
* 696,871.61 EUR
It is remind that the following assets were booked to the liquidity account as
of December 31, 2017:
* 124,279 shares
* 997,477.51 EUR
Implementation of the liquidity contract with ODDO BHF
Starting on July 1, 2018 and for a term of one year renewable by tacit
agreement, NRJ GROUP entrust ODDO BHF for the implementation of a liquidity
contract involving ordinary shares listed on the Euronext Paris, in compliance
with the Code of Ethics of the Association Française des Marchés Financiers
(AMAFI) approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
The following assets have been transferred to the liquidity account for the
implementation of this contract:
* 160,163 shares
* 696,871.61 EUR
