Change of corporate name and new composition of the Board of Directors
The General Meeting on 31 March 2021 approved the change of name of the
company, now identified as Peugeot Invest.
Shareholders also appointed Pascaline Peugeot - de Dreuzy and Thibault de
Tersant as directors for a term in office of four years, until the General
Meeting to be called in 2025 to approve the 2024 financial statements, and
approved an amendment to the Articles of Association enabling the Board of
Directors to appoint non-voting board observer(s). Accordingly, Georges Chodron
de Courcel was appointed as a non-voting board observer with effect from the
close of the General Meeting.
