Availability of the preparatory documents for the Shareholders' General
Meeting
The preparatory documents for the Shareholders' General Meeting on 12 May 2021
are available.
Peugeot Invest's Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting is to be
held at 9.30 a.m. on 12 May 2021, at 66 Avenue Charles de Gaulle - 92200
Neuilly-sur-Seine, in camera, without the physical presence of shareholders. It
will be broadcasted on Peugeot Invest's website www.peugeot-invest.com (see
Finance, Annual General Meetings).
It should be noted that, in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Board of
Directors of Peugeot Invest decided to hold the Peugeot Invest 2021
Shareholders' General Meeting in camera, without the physical presence of
shareholders.
The notice of meeting published in the legal gazette (BALO) no. 42 dated 7
April 2021 includes the agenda, the draft resolutions, and details on
conditions of participation in the Meeting. The notice can also be viewed on
Peugeot Invest's website.
Documents and information relating to the Meeting are viewable on the Company's
website and will be available at the Company's registered office within the
legal time limits and in accordance with current legal and regulatory
provisions.
